TERMS OF SALES

Introduction

These General Conditions of Sale on this website apply to all the services offered by inov3PT, as part of the organization of the ""EAPR Pathology and Pests Section Meeting 2023". Ordering services is reserved for Users who have read and accepted by clicking, these General Conditions of Sale on the website in their entirety, as well as the Specific Conditions published in the Congress program, prior to each order.

Iinov3PT reserves the right to modify these General Conditions of Sale on the website at any time, without notice, it being understood that such modifications will not apply to reservations previously accepted by inov3PT. All Users undertake to comply with the General Conditions of Sale on the website, and in particular to pay all sums due, and to accept the conditions and limitations of liability relating to the availability of the Services offered.​

Use

The function of the webSite is to assist Users in the search for information and Services in relation to the event presented, and to make the appropriate reservations if necessary. The user (often indicated "You" or "you" in the present text) is financially responsible for the use of the Site both in his name and on behalf of third parties, including minors, except to demonstrate fraudulent use resulting from any fault or negligence on his part. You also guarantee the truthfulness and accuracy of the information provided by You or any other third party using your data on this Site. Fraudulent use of the reservation service on this Site or which contravenes these General Terms and Conditions may result in inov3PT refusing, at any time, access to the Services offered on the said Sites.

Online registration

You can order the available services on the website. The procedure for placing orders includes at least the following steps: You click on the service(s) of your choice. A summary showing all of your choices and the total price of the service(s) allows you to check the details of your order. You can then, subject to having previously accepted the present, validate your order. The contract is then validly concluded. You can only pay for your order online in secure mode, by credit card. inov3PT sends you as soon as possible, by e-mail, the confirmation of your reservation containing the essential elements such as the identification of the Service ordered, the price, the quantity and any reservations.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the contact details you provide when making your reservation are correct and that they will allow you to receive confirmation of your reservation and/or to benefit from the services ordered. In the event that you do not receive this confirmation, it is your responsibility to contact inov3PT. All the information appearing on the booking confirmation will be deemed to constitute the agreement of the parties if inov3PT has not disputed them within 5 days of the booking, by post or email, or if you have not disputed them. by registered letter AR within 15 days. However, they can only be contested insofar as they differ from your order.

Delivery

Unless otherwise provided, the documents for the event (badges, participation tickets, any invitations) ordered on the website must be collected on site, exclusively at the place of the event and at the earliest on the opening day indicated in the programs or on the news site. It is your sole and entire responsibility to correctly and completely enter the information that will enable inov3PT to provide the services reserved on the website.

Sale

The payment of the price of the Services that you order is made directly when ordering, by communicating your bank card number (cards from the Carte Bleue, Visa, Eurocard/Mastercard, American Express networks are accepted) by means of a secure payment system. In the event that payment proves to be irregular, incomplete or non-existent, for a reason attributable to you, the sale of these services would be cancelled, the resulting costs being borne by you, a civil and/or criminal action may, if applicable, be taken against you.

Cancellation

Cancellations must be notified in writing to contact@inov3pt.fr under the following conditions:

• until August 3, 2023: 100% refund of sums paid less €50 administration fee

• from August 4, 2023: no refund

Any refunds will be made AFTER the event. inov3PT cannot be held responsible for the interruption or cancellation of the congress occurring as a result of external political, social, economic or public health events or other events beyond their control (force majeure).​

INSURANCE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

In case of cancellation, the cancellation conditions of the event will apply. Registration for the congress implies full acceptance of its cancellation conditions. It is recommended that participants obtain adequate insurance coverage for their trip (health, accident, repatriation, cancellation) before leaving. inov3PT as organizer bears no responsibility in the event of an accident caused by or for participants and accompanying persons during or following the congress or during any of the events organized around the congress.
